1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Toolkit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Toolkit provides free, browser-based tools for generating QR codes, barcodes, invoices, and purchase orders. All processing occurs locally in your browser. No data is transmitted to our servers.

3. Free to Use

Toolkit is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce premium features in the future, but core functionality will remain free.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Toolkit for:

• Personal and commercial QR code and barcode generation
• Creating invoices and purchase orders for legitimate business use
• Any lawful purpose consistent with these terms

5. Prohibited Use

You may NOT use Toolkit to:

• Generate fraudulent invoices or documents for illegal purposes
• Create QR codes or barcodes for malicious content (malware, phishing, scams)
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

6. No Warranty

Toolkit is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs (QR codes, barcodes, PDFs) will be suitable for your specific use case. Always test QR codes and barcodes before commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability

Black Cat Artist Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Toolkit, including but not limited to errors in generated documents, QR codes that fail to scan, or barcodes that are rejected by scanners.

8. Intellectual Property

The Toolkit interface, branding, and code are the property of Black Cat Artist Studio. Generated documents, QR codes, and barcodes belong to you, the user.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
