This Privacy Policy applies to Toolkit ("we", "our", "the Service") operated by Black Cat Artist Studio at toolkit.blackcatartiststudio.com. It describes how we collect, use and protect information when you visit and use our Service.

Toolkit is built with a privacy-first approach. All our tools (QR Code Generator, Barcode Generator, Invoice Generator and Purchase Order Generator) process data entirely in your browser. We never see, access or store the content you create with our tools.

2. Data We May Collect

When you visit Toolkit, our web server and third-party services may automatically collect limited technical information:

• IP Address — Used for security, fraud prevention and geographic analytics. Automatically logged by web servers.
• Browser Type & Version — Used for compatibility analysis.
• Operating System — Used to understand user devices.
• Pages Visited & Time Spent — Collected via Google Analytics to understand which tools are most used.
• Referring URL — The page that linked you to Toolkit, used to understand traffic sources.
• Device Type — Desktop, tablet or mobile, used for responsive design improvements.

This technical data is anonymous, does not personally identify you and is used solely to improve the Service.

3. Tool Data — What We Do NOT Collect

This is the most important section. All tool processing happens in your browser using JavaScript. The following data is never transmitted to our servers:

• QR code content (URLs, text, WiFi passwords, contact details)
• Barcode values you enter
• Invoice details (company names, client information, amounts, bank details)
• Purchase order details (vendor information, SKU codes, item prices)
• Logos or images you upload
• Any text you type into any tool field

When you close the browser tab, all tool data is permanently cleared from your device's memory. We have no technical ability to access your tool data.

4. Cookies

Toolkit itself does not set any cookies for tool functionality. However, third-party services we use (Google AdSense and Google Analytics) may set cookies on your browser:

• Google AdSense Cookies — Used to serve relevant advertisements based on your browsing history.
• Google Analytics Cookies — Used to track anonymous page views and session data.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some features.

5. Google AdSense

Toolkit displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free Service. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your interests and browsing history across websites.

6. Google Analytics

7. Third-Party JavaScript Libraries

Toolkit loads the following JavaScript libraries from third-party CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) to power our tools:

• qrcode-generator from jsdelivr.net — For QR code generation (runs in browser, no data sent)
• JsBarcode from jsdelivr.net — For barcode generation (runs in browser, no data sent)

These CDN providers may log your IP address when loading library files. The library code itself runs entirely in your browser — your tool data is not transmitted to CDN providers.

8. Children's Privacy

Toolkit is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information through our Service, please contact us at info@blackcatartiststudio.com and we will take steps to remove such information.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right to Access — Request information about what data we hold about you
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your data (note: we hold only anonymous analytics data)

We take reasonable measures to protect the Service and any data associated with it. Our website is served over HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption) to protect data in transit. Since tool data never leaves your browser, the risk of data breach from our tools is minimal.
